Brand-new electrical installations for commercial, industrial, domestic and retail premises. We take the job from first fix through to test, certification and sign-off — with the NICEIC paperwork you'll need later.

Maintenance & contract maintenance
Reactive maintenance and ongoing contract maintenance agreements. Keep a tidy electrical system and a phone number that picks up — we'll quietly make sure nothing catches fire.

Fixed wiring inspection, testing & reporting
Periodic inspection, testing and reporting on fixed wiring — the statutory job you need to keep your premises safe and your insurance happy. Certificates issued by an NICEIC-approved contractor.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
PAT testing for landlords, offices, schools and hospitality. Every appliance tested, tagged and logged. Quick, tidy, and in and out without disrupting your day.

Emergency lighting
Design, installation and testing of emergency lighting systems for commercial and public premises. Meets current regulations and gives you a certificate to prove it.

Smoke & fire alarm installations
Smoke and fire alarm systems installed and tested — from domestic interlinked alarms to full commercial systems. Properly wired, properly signed off.

CCTV installations
CCTV systems for commercial premises and homes. Camera placement, cabling and setup done as part of an electrical job or as a standalone install.

Data & network cabling
Structured data and network cabling installations, including CAT 6 data points. We've done full office fit-outs with floor sockets, CAT 6 and LED grid lighting all in one run.

Solar electric (MCS)
MCS-accredited solar electric (PV) installations. Done to the standard your energy supplier will accept, with the paperwork to match.

Insurance works
Electrical works carried out on insurance-related claims and repairs. We'll deal with the paperwork side and get the premises back to safe and certified.
